Terms and Conditions of Meet Tomorrow

These Terms and Conditions of Meet Tomorrow AI Tools apply when you use Meet Tomorrow AI Tools, which are the AI services and features that we make available as part of our Services, including M.Ai, our experimental generative AI chatbot.

  1. Meet Tomorrow AI Tools may only be used for travel-related and Meet Tomorrow-related purposes. Meet Tomorrow AI Tools may allow you to submit inputs, such as text inputs (“User Inputs”), and receive output generated and returned by the AI tool based on such User Inputs (“Outputs”).
  2. Terms and Conditions of Meet Tomorrow AI Tools and agree to comply with them. By using Meet Tomorrow AI Tools, you acknowledge and agree that:
    1. third party AI products (which we do not own or control) support Meet Tomorrow AI Tools , including products made available by Open AI, LLC, and that the use of Meet Tomorrow AI Tools will be governed by Open AI’s terms and conditions and usage policies; and
    2. any information you provide in connection with the use of Meet Tomorrow AI Tools may also be collected and processed by any third party provider of such AI technology, including OpenAI, in accordance with their privacy policy and other related policies.
  3. We do not claim ownership of User Inputs, Outputs, or any other content you provide, post, input, or submit to, or receive from Meet Tomorrow AI Tools. By using Meet Tomorrow AI Tools and posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting content, you grant us permission to use the User Inputs, Outputs and any related content in connection with the operation of our business, including the license rights to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat the User Inputs and Outputs, and other content you provide; and the right to sublicense such rights to any of our vendors. No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of any User Inputs or Outputs. We are under no obligation to post or use any User Inputs or Outputs and may remove any such User Inputs or Outputs at any time in our sole discretion. Due to the nature of machine learning, Outputs may not be unique, and Meet Tomorrow AI Tools may generate the same or similar output for other users. Similar User Inputs may also result in the same, similar, or different Outputs.
  4. You warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the User Inputs, including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the User Inputs.
  5. You must use Meet Tomorrow AI Tools and the Outputs strictly:
    1. In a lawful manner and in compliance with all applicable laws;
    2. In accordance with the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions of Meet Tomorrow AI Tools and any other terms that may apply to Meet Tomorrow AI Tools from time to time; and
    3. In a manner that does not infringe or attempt to infringe, misappropriate or otherwise violate any of our rights or those of any other person or entity.
  6. Without limit to the foregoing, by using Meet Tomorrow AI Tools, you agree:
    1. Not to engage in activity that is harmful to you, us, or others (such as creating or sharing content that could be used to harass, bully, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other individuals, organizations, or society);
    2. Not to engage in activity that violates the privacy of others (such as creating or sharing any content that could violate the privacy of others, including disclosure of any Personal Information);
    3. Not to engage in activity that is fraudulent, false, or misleading (such as creating or sharing content that could mislead or deceive others);
    4. Not to infringe on the rights of others (such as using Meet Tomorrow AI Tools to infringe on others’ legal rights, including intellectual property rights); and
    5. Not to use Meet Tomorrow AI Tools to create or share any inappropriate content or material. Meet Tomorrow AI Tools may block User Input that violate these Terms of Use. Abuse of Meet Tomorrow AI Tools, such as repeated attempts to produce prohibited content or other violations of these Terms of Use, may result in the suspension and/or termination of access to Meet Tomorrow AI Tools and/or your Meet Tomorrow Account.

    7. Important: Please do not provide any Personal Information or confidential information when using or accessing Meet Tomorrow AI Tools. For more information, please review Meet Tomorrow’s current Privacy Policy.

  7. Subject to your compliance with the Terms of Use and these Terms and Conditions of Meet Tomorrow AI Tools, you may use the Outputs outside of Meet Tomorrow AI Tools for any legal personal and non-commercial purpose.
  8. Failure to comply with these terms in respect of your use of Meet Tomorrow AI Tools will constitute a breach of the Terms of Use and these Terms and Conditions of Meet Tomorrow AI Tools, which may result in immediate termination of your Meet Tomorrow Account.

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue offering or supporting all or part of any of Meet Tomorrow AI Tools at any time and for any reason, to some or to all customers. Subject to the requirements of applicable laws, we may limit, suspend, or terminate your use of any of the features of Meet Tomorrow AI Tools at any time without notice and for any reason, including (without limitation): (a) If you breach the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions of Meet Tomorrow AI Tools; (b) If we suspect that you are engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity.

We make no guarantees, warranties or promises about how Meet Tomorrow AI Tools operate or that any such tools will function as intended. Meet Tomorrow AI Tools is not error-free, may not work as expected and may generate incomplete or incorrect results. You should not rely on the accuracy of Meet Tomorrow AI Tools, and you should not use Meet Tomorrow AI Tools for advice of any kind. Your use of Meet Tomorrow AI Tools is at your own risk.

Without limit to the other provisions in the Terms of Use and these Terms and Conditions of Meet Tomorrow AI Tools, we make no warranty or representation of any kind that any Outputs do not infringe the rights of any third party in any subsequent use of the content you may use (including but not limited to copyright, trademark, rights of privacy and publicity, and defamation). You must use Outputs from Meet Tomorrow AI Tools in accordance with applicable laws and subject to any third-party rights. In addition, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meet Tomorrow, its affiliates, employees and any other agents from and against any claims, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to your use of Meet Tomorrow AI Tools, including your subsequent use of any Outputs from Meet Tomorrow AI Tools and your breach of these Terms of Use or violation of applicable law.

We may use the information you provide us in Meet Tomorrow AI Tools (including User Inputs) to improve Meet Tomorrow AI Tools.
