Trip.com will do its best to assist you in negotiating your cancellation if you are unable to travel due to unforeseen health issues (e.g. death, pregnancy, fracture, or hospitalization), provided you submit all relevant documentation within 1 week of submitting your cancellation request.

Advance compensation payment
